Any tenancies created or renewed on or after 01 July 2020 must have an electrical certificate. For pre-existing tenancies, you need to have this completed by 1st April 2021. The penalty is up to £30,000 for non complaince. 

In preparation for the new requirements, we have partnered with a firm of qualified and insured electricians  and created an offer for you. We know that our proposition will help you save both time and money.

Do not leave it until the last minute when all electricians are booked and busy. We are now taking bookings for inspections and the prices are as follows:

Studio/1 bed flat - £110.00
2 bed property - £130.00
3 bed property - £140.00
4 bed property - £150.00
5 bed property - £160.00

All prices are excluding VAT

The above price list comprises full electrical installation inspection and issuing of an electrical certificate.

If the property does not pass the electrical check, we will then quote for any works necessary to bring the installation up to standard. On completion of the agreed works, our electrician will issue a pass certificate.  (This will be included in the quoted works, there is no additional charge for this).
